Essential:

Single mylar balloon with sizes from 18"-36"

Standard:

This balloon color uses two solid color options with varying balloon sizes between 5"-11". This does not include starbursts. 

Premium:

This balloon cluster uses four standard color options. Uses balloon sizes from 5" - 17". Includes starburst.

Ultimate:

This balloon cluster uses four standard color options. Uses balloon sizes from 5" - 24". Includes startbursts.
