Shipping policy
Delivery within 20 Miles
We offer a flat rate fee of $50 that includes delivery and set up.
Delivery outside of 20 Miles
The first 20 miles are charged at the flat rate of $50, each additional beyond that is $3/mile. Mileage is calculated based on roundtrip and is calculated based on closest location of either Colchester or South Burlington, VT.
Installation
For orders that require installation, an installation fee may apply. Installation costs are calculated based on the scope of the setup and may be up to 22% of the total order.
Pickup
Pickup is available in South Burlington, VT or Colchester, VT, based on availability. All pickup times must be scheduled and confirmed prior to arrival. We understand that delays can happen and will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when communication is provided. In the event of a delay, please call or text 802-448-4303 as soon as possible. If there is no communication, Voila! Let’s Party will remain available for 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. If the scheduled time is missed and we are unable to wait, a new pickup time must be arranged by calling or texting 802-448-4303.
Rush Order Fee
Orders placed within 10 days of event will be subject to a $50 rush order fee, unless balloons are already on hand.
Teardown
In the occurrence that events ends later than arrival of pickup time, Voila! Let's Party! has the right to charge a late fee of $25/15mins. Events requiring teardown after 9:00 PM will be subject to an after-hours service fee of $100 per hour. If rental items are not available for teardown and must be collected the following day, Voila! Let’s Party reserves the right to charge an additional one-day rental fee for the items.
Damaged Items
In the event a rental item is damaged and unable to be repaired (determined by Voila! Let's Party!) the client will be billed the cost to replace the item.
Late Payment Fee
If payment is not received upon agreed date, Voila! Let's Party! has the right to charge a 5% late fee on the remaining balance.
