Refund policy

Balloons

Due to the customization of our balloons we are unable to refund balloon purchases. Refunds are  up to the discretion of Voila! Let's Party! based on if balloons have already been purchased for the event. If you're unhappy with your purchase please contact us at hello@voilaletsparty.com.

Bubble & Bounce Houses

Payment is due in full at time of booking. Cancellation 30 days prior will receive 100% refund. After 30 days a credit will be issued for a future rental, credit must be used within one year of original reservation date. 

In the event of precipitation or winds exceeding 15mph we will issue a credit that must be used within one year of original reservation date. 

Socks are required for inside the Bubble House. 

Bubble & Bounce House Rules:

No shoes (socks only)

No food or liquids

Maximum Capacity: 4-5

No entry without attendant

No face paint, silly string, slime or confetti

No climbing on the walls

No running or rough play
